Purchase, Return & Refund Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 920-884-1195 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 20 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Products that have been configured-to-order or customized may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Davies Computer Solutions, Inc. warehouse within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Software will not be accepted for refund under any circumstance.
Please note: Davies Computer Solutions, Inc. does not permit the return of or offer refund for the following:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications (Including Computer Systems)
- Opened software*
- Electronic software downloads
- Davies Computer Solutions, Inc. Gift Cards
Defective Items:
If you discover what you believe is a defect in any Davies Computer Solutions, Inc.-provided product, please contact Davies Computer Solutions, Inc. Technical Support within 20 days at 920.884.1195. After 20 days, your item is not eligible for return or credit.
Custom-Configured Product:
Any product that is built to order is considered custom-configured. We encourage you to carefully review your order. Systems or product built to your specifications cannot be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Davies Computer Solutions, Inc. will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
